Jennifer Falloon
Jennifer is the founding and managing partner of Vorsa Investments, which is in partnership with Kahuna Investments. She has an aptitude for investing in multi-family apartments, providing her clients with significant passive income and generational wealth creation. Her passion is helping her investors achieve financial freedom by reducing their dependence on conventional income and investments such as stocks, bonds, and traditional 401(k) plans so they can pursue their dreams. In addition to pursuing attractive risk adjusted returns for her investors, Jennifer strives to enhance the life of every tenant, team member, and individual that comes into contact with Vorsa Investments and its partners.
Jennifer was the Regional Manager with Tax Free Future where she taught investors the benefits of rolling their dormant traditional 401(k) account into a self directed 401(k) plan to increase their retirement wealth through investing in real estate, especially multi-family apartments.
Eric Falloon
Another founding partner of Vorsa Investments LLC, Eric has had a decade of real estate investing experience ranging from tax liens, short sales, owner financing and rentals, as well as some fix and flips. Eric is a Certified Public Accountant of 26 years, 22 of those acting as CFO/Controller for automotive dealerships and has managed up to nine companies at one time totaling $36 million in assets.
Eric, currently in partnership with Kahuna Investments, says what he is most intrigued with partnering with Kahuna Investments is their ultra conservative approach and due diligence before acquiring a property in order to protect their investors’ money. Kahuna’s attention to detail and processes is a perfect fit for this CPA.
Chad Selman
Chad has bought and sold over 25 properties and owns several cash flowing properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Chad‘s unique vision and strong financial background make him a very strong asset to our team. Chad has a bachelor of science in Kinesiology from Texas Christian University. He lives with his wife Krista and two boys Tyler and Tanner in Fort Worth Texas.
David Rosenbaum
David is a Principle at Investory Group LLC is a seasoned Investor working in the Real Estate space. He has bought and sold several properties throughout his career and currently owns 367 units of Multifamily property in Oklahoma and Atlanta, GA. Excelling in communication, he understands his investors’ concerns and financial needs. David’s background in sales and marketing give him an edge when in the process of working with his team to secure multifamily properties. When it comes to creating Legacy Wealth for his investors, he believes in process, strategy, and integrity. David is passionate about providing Legacy Wealth for his family and investors through Multi-Family Real Estate. He is a former marine and lives in Texas with his wife Kimberly, and two sons Jake and Braden.
